This fully restored 1929 Steinway Model M is a stunning example of Steinway's legendary craftsmanship from the golden era of piano building. Built during the roaring twenties, this instrument was completely restored by our company in 2021. The comprehensive restoration included a restored soundboard, new bridge caps, a rebronzed harp, a new pin block, new tuning pins, new agraffes, new strings, new damper felts, new keytops, a new action (including NY hammers, shanks, flanges, wippens, and back checks), new key bushings, and new keybed felts. The cabinet was also beautifully refinished in Satin Ebony with a High Gloss Ebony fallboard, and all brass hardware was polished.

Finally, the lacquer is painstakingly hand-rubbed to create a satin, or high-gloss polish.
